About Griselda Mar

Gris Marchon brings a vast amount of experience to the table,

with a background of well over 17 years in both residential

mortgage lending and real estate. In both fields combined, she

has closed hundreds of transactions. She specializes in single-

family homes, townhomes, and condominiums and represents both,

buyers and sellers. Her personalized boutique style, client-focused

services, plus strategic negotiation skills are only a few of the traits
